This gym in Brisbane’s northern suburbs had a concrete surface in its car park which was showing signs of age and weathering. It had become hazardous with areas that were broken up and loose. The operators explored a few options such as having the surface torn up and replaced with fresh concrete. Lloyd was called in to quote on an asphalt overlay to the existing surface where the existing surface is prepared and quality asphalt is applied over the top to get a hard wearing, long lasting outcome. The area is now safe and neat at a fraction of the cost of the other options. The job was done with minimal disruption to staff and members of the gym. Bitumen Constructions finished the job off with line marking for customer parking.
