The owner of this Burpengary property had recently subdivided and his residence was set quite a distance back from the road on the property. Burpengary is located near Narangba and Morayfield in this fast growing area where families can enjoy either suburban house blocks or small acreage homes with access to the Bruce Highway to head North to the Sunshine Coast or South to Brisbane City for convenience. The existing dirt driveway meant that weather conditions could cause washout so Bitumen Constructions supplied an asphalt driveway which, once completed was durable, practical and beautiful.
